Abstract

This research entitled Inventory Control and Production Processes Its Effect on Product Quality in Karya Abadi Prabumulih UKM. The purpose of this research is first, to analyze the Inventory Control and Production Processes of the Effect Together on Product Quality. Second, analyze Inventory Control Influence on Product Quality. Third, the Production Process's Effect on the Quality of Produ in Karya Abadi Prabumulih UKM. The research design, this research is correlational which aims to examine the extent to which a variable on a factor is related to other variables. The design used uses a quantitative approach as one of the scientific search efforts (scientific inquiry) through the process of analysis using statistical techniques to reduce and classify data and determine relationships so as to produce a conclusion that can be generally accepted. The population in this study is the purchase of raw materials, production processes from UKM Abadi Abadi Prabumulih. This study is a study in which the population is converted into research samples. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method. The sampling criteria include, 1). Report on purchases of raw materials for the period January 2016 - December 2018. b). Monthly production report for the period 2016 - 2018. The results of this study are first, there is a significant influence of inventory control and production processes together on product quality. Second, there is no significant effect of inventory control on product quality. Third, there is a significant influence on the production process on product quality.

Abstract

This study discusses the faktors that influence the entrepreneurial interest of the students in Semarang Terang Bangsa Academy. This study uses quantitative analysis methods with multiple linear regression methods to propose hypotheses between independent and dependent variables. The variables used are personality and family environment. The study population was active students of the Semarang Terang Bangsa Entrepreneurship Academy who had attended an entrepreneurship subject or had run a business. The sampling technique is done by using saturation sampling with a total sample of 64 students. The results of the study that showed the personality and environment of the family had a significant positive effect on the entrepreneurial interest of the students in Semarang Terang Bangsa Entrepreneurship Academy. Based on simultant research that shows positive personality and family environment variables on entrepreneurial interest in students of the Semarang Terang Bangsa Entrepreneurship Academy with a level of influence of 57.3% and a significance of 0,000.

Abstract

The approach taken in this study is a quantitative approach in the form of associative because this study aims to explain the relationship between two or more variables, namely product, price, place, promotion, people, physical facilities, and processes (independent variables) to the decision to stay overnight (dependent variable ). The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of jointly and partially the marketing mix (product, price, promotion, place, people, and physical evidence) on the consumer's decision to stay at the Five Star Hotel in Palembang. The results of this study conclude, first, all marketing mix variables (products, prices, promotions, location, people, processes and physical evidence) have an influence on the decision to stay at a Five Star Hotel. Second, partially the product variable, price, promotion, people and physical evidence of the variable variable have a significant effect, while the Location and Process Variables have no significant effect on the decision to stay at a Five Star Hotel. Third, the Price Variable, has a dominant influence on the desires / decisions of consumers / customers / guests to stay at five-star hotels, especially at the Whyndam OPI Hotel and The Excelton Hotel Palembang. Based on the conclusion, the researcher gave a suggestion. first, the hotel manager recalculates the tariff / price set so that it can provide greater discounts, and improve hotel facilities including the design and comfort of hotel rooms. Second, adding hotel facilities including improving the quality of design and comfort of hotel rooms. Third, for further research, other variables can be added outside the marketing mix to complement the results of subsequent studies regarding the decision to stay at a five-star hotel.

Abstract

This research has research objectives based on the formulation of the problem. First to find out and analyze the effect of promotion, knowledge and trust of merchants on the decision to use EDC services at PT Bank Negara Indonesia Musi Palembang Branch Office. Second, to find out and analyze the effect of promotion on decision making on the use of EDC services with merchant knowledge as an intervening variable at PT Bank Negara Indonesia Musi Palembang Branch Office. The design used in this research is descriptive-analysis research design. Path analysis technique is carried out to see the effect of Promotion (X1), Merchant Knowledge (Y1), Merchant Trust (Y2) on the Decision to Use EDC (Z). The results of the study above indicate that the promotion variable influences the EDC decision variable of 0.257. Merchant Knowledge Variable influences the EDC Decision variable of 0.208. The Merchant Trust Variable influences the EDC Decision variable of 0.461. Estimation results obtained that the value of the Promotion variable of 0.616 and the value of the intermediary variable Merchant Knowledge of 0.312 produces the value of the EDC Usage Decision variable of 0.192192. The promotion variable value is 0,670 with the coefficient value on the intermediary variable Merchant Trust is 0,256 so it produces the EDC Usage Decision variable value of 0,17152

Abstract

The influence the use of multimedia learn and motivation achievement of students in learning English lesson in school district 10 Palembang. Guided by Waspodo and H.Lin Yan Syah. In the process of achieving the goal of learning, the use of multimedia motivation to learn is also a very big role on the interpretation of student learning. Due to the learning motivation in students , thus increasing learning achievement is also high on student achievement. The purpose of the study is to investigate and examine the effect of multimedia learning and motivation against students in achievement learning English lesson in school in school district 10 Palembang. The study also wanted to know and test whether the two exogenous variables from the above that the dominant influence on student achievement in English language subject in school district 10 Palembang. Causal type of research is the research that aims to explain the influence of several variables. The object of the study were students and a sample set a of 60 samples. By using random sampling model analysis was used to prove the hypothesis that use of the Path Analysis Testing (path analysis) with AMOS, USING Structural Equation Model (SEM). SEM results with the value of CR (Critical Ratio) of-0 082 for multimedia on learning achievement and 8595 for Achievement Motivation Learning to learn, with CR Values > 1671 CR means of two values which are able to explain and a strong influence on the variable endogenous variable is the motivation to learn. Abstract

This study aims first, analyzing the effect of leadership, motivation and recruitment simultaneously on employee performance at PT. Tuning Auto Graha Palembang. Second, analyzing the effect of leadership, motivation and recruitment simultaneously on employee performance at PT. Tunas Auto Graha Palembang. The population is 140 people and the sample in this study is based on Sugiyono's opinion with an error rate of 5%, totaling 100 respondents / employees. Testing the validity of the instrument through Corrected Item-Total Correlation, Performance Variables (Y), leadership (X1), and motivation (X2) the results of the test are valid. The reliability test results are all reliable variables on the questionnaire. The results of the statistical calculation of the regression equation Y = 15.149 + 0.327.X1 + 0.624.X2 + 0.438.X3 + e. This study concludes first, leadership, motivation, and recruitment together have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of PT Tunas Auto Graha Palembang City. Second, leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Third, motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Fourth, recruitment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of PT Tunas Auto Graha Palembang City

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of basic tasks as an organizational function on improving performance in the Population and Civil Registry Office of Musi Banyuasin Regency. The design of this study intends to reveal the existence of a relationship or influence between the independent variable with the dependent variable. In statistics, the method of analysis that suits these problems is regression analysis, where one dependent variable is influenced by several independent variables. The dependent variable is a variable that is assumed to only appear because of the influence of the independent variable. From the value of t arithmetic above can be seen that t arithmetic 5.321. while t table is known by distribution table with degrees of freedom (df) n-k-1 so it is known that t table is 1.70 then Ho is rejected so it can be seen that the main tasks and functions of the organization affect the performance of employees in the Population and Civil Registry Office of Musi Banyuasin Regency. The level of significance of the variable is known that the variable is significant because the significance value is below 0.05 so it can be said that the main task and function variables (Tupoksi) of the organization can be used to predict employee performance in the Population and Civil Registry Office of Musi Banyuasin Regency (Y). The results of the study both in description and statistics that researchers do note that the independent variable (tupoksi) has an influence on the dependent variable (employee performance at the Population and Civil Registry Office of Musi Banyuasin Regency). This is evidenced from the regression test, correlation test and simultaneous test. From the significance level, it can be seen that all significant variables mean that in this study all independent variables influence the dependent variable

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the results of the analysis of how the effect of training, competence and placement, both partially and simultaneously, on the performance of PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk. The sample measurement refers to the Saturated Sample Concept that has been formatted so that it is stated that all populations are samples that are very simple and easy to use, because functionally it only consists of two important columns namely a column for population size (N) and a column for sample size (n). The number of employees of PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk as many as 85 people became the population and all were taken as samples. In this study, the type of data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews, observation and documentation. Hypothesis testing through t test and F test using SPSS analysis tools. The results of research data output processed with SPPS 23 that training, competence and placement together affect the performance of PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk with a significance level of 0.001 <0.05, thus H0 is rejected and H1 can be accepted. That the influence of training, competence and placement together are positive and significant to the performance of PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk with an F count of 35, 474> F table4,893. Thus this hypothesis-4 rejects Ho and accepts H1, that together training, competence and placement together positively and significantly influence the performance of PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk, with a significance level of 0.026 <0.05 and t arithmetic 2.269> t table 2003 and a 0.306 regression terminated, so that this study was able to confirm between the research theory and the empirical in the field. Conclusion of the study that simultaneous training, competence and placement affect the performance of employees to work more diligently and thoroughly in the framework of achieving production and as the highest variable the effect is the placement of employee positions that pay attention to the level of employee knowledge in accordance with the demands of the task.

Abstract

PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk, as a national cement industry in the struggle for supply and competition with local cement producers remains optimistic to continue marketing their products. Baturaja cement production processes carried out in the directorate of production and development continue to run at the cement plant. One of the operations division 2's role is placed directly under the production and development directorate of PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk, carrying out strategic tasks in coordinating, directing, and carrying out factory 2 operational activities ranging from raw materials to packaging. Phenomena related to work in the operating division 2 such as the existence of a physical work environment, assessment of penalties and rewards with differences of opinion about differences in work differences between operating and non-operating work can cause differences in job satisfaction of the company. This thesis research uses the verification survey method, aimed at discussing hypotheses and describing variables. Quantitative samples through field data and information directly from the sample. This research is an associative study, where in this study there are related variables and can affect other variables. PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk, with a significance level of 0,000 <0.05 and t arithmetic 5.203> t table 2.003 and regression regression 0.413. PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk, with a significance level of 0.465 <0.05 and t -0.715> t table 2.003 and a regression of -0.052, and an appreciation of the work satisfaction of Operational Division 2 employees of PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk, with a level of significance of 0.00 <0.05 and t arithmetic 7.697> t table 2.003 and a regression of 0.594, which means organization, punishment and gifts together to support positive and significant for employee job satisfaction of Operations Division 2 PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk with F count 53,411> F table 4,893. Thus this research has successfully completed the theory empirically in the field, it can be concluded about the organizational contribution, punishment and appreciation of the positive and significant impact on job satisfaction of employees of Operations Division 2 of PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the results of the analysis of Competency and Productivity Analysis of the Outsourcing Performance of the Asset and Office Management Department of PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk. Through Organizational Climate Moderation, both partially and simultaneously in providing services to the management of PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk. This study uses a quantitative verification method with a confirmative negative verification. The results of the analysis of the Competence of Organizational Iklmin prove positive and significant with a significance of 0,000 <0.05 and t arithmetic 6.422> t table 1.994, so that it can be attenuated against comparisons to organizations, Products towards organizational climate are proven by the results of data processing using SPSS version 23 significant and significant with t-test 7.115> t table 1, 994 and significance 0.000 <0.05. Based on the results of hypothesis testing using SPSS version 23, which contains positive and significant positive and significant joint-positive competencies and assessments of organizations with an F count of 30, 368> F table of 2,500 and a significance of 0,000 <0.05. 0,000 <0.05 and t count 9.036> t table 2.500 and a regression term of 0.739, so that this study succeeded in supporting empirical research in the field of research to improve performance. Then the conclusion of this study: a) outsourcing competencies that enjoy working in a team have a positive and significant effect in improving the performance of outsourcing where relationships are close and familiar. b) the level of outsourcing productivity supported by high morale, can significantly build outsourced fellow work that is familiar and mutually supportive in increasing production. c) Together competence and productivity influence in building a conducive organizational climate. The most influential research variable on organizational climate is productivity, then competency variable. d) passionate outsourcing competency when working in a solid team dam, will have a positive and significant impact on the performance of outsourcing helping each other in completing tasks so that the task load can be completed properly. e) productivity outsourcing in the development of asset and office management of PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk, which has high morale, positively and significantly influences the improvement of outsourcing performance which always helps each other in completing tasks properly. f) the organizational climate built through outsourcing relationships is very close and familiar, significantly influencing the performance of outsourcing in the Department of Asset and Office Management of PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk which always helps in completing tasks effectively. g) high outsourcing components, increased outsourcing productivity and a conducive organizational climate Department of Asset and Office Management PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk, jointly influences the improvement of outsourcing performance which helps each other in completing tasks with optimal results.
